Yoga is an everyday affair in our family, coming from India Yoga is an integral part of my life. I teach Yoga in Heidelberg, started at the Neckarwiese. I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga because it is a systematic form of Yoga, well categorised and once practised regularly it can be mastered.
I enjoy teaching people from a beginner to mixed level in groups setting, Mysore Ashtanga class with a goal to improve people in strength, flexibility and bring deeper relaxation with correct Yoga method. My personal yoga classes are focused on person’s need and their expectations.
My classes are every Wednesday 19:00 – 20:30 at FLYoga, Mysore Ashtanga at Buddhist Meditation Center on Tuesday and Thursday – 07:00 – 08:30 and Personal Yoga session, email here.

My curiosity to explore self and the world brought me to Germany in October 2008 to pursue my Master’s degree. After my studies. Fast forward to summer 2010, when I first arrived in beautiful Heidelberg. Since then, I am grateful for being adopted as a Heidelberger and received amazing friends from all over the world. Above all, I met my best friend and wife Aoife, the Galway Girl in Heidelberg. We got married in 2015 and received our loving baby boy, Aarun Ram, on the 11 October 2016.
